We went with some friends, the vegan selection was brilliant and they even had a separate menu to allow clear view for what was vegan. Service was fast which was very much appreciated as we were all very hungry.

Passed this place many times on the was to Hunstanton and this time decided to book and try it out. Food was really good and staff very accommodating as my wife wanted to move table twice! I would say that this isn’t a dressing up place however caters for everyone. They offer takeaways but do not deliver to where our house is (Docking). I’d say it’s the best Chinese in the area.

Tried this restaurant whilst staying in Hunstanton, ordered for takeaway. Really good portions, hearty nourishing food, old school flavours. The crispy noodles and the crispy beef were two of my favourites. Would recommend to others and will try more of the menu next time we're there.

Honestly, we’ve traveled the world and this is the best Chinese Restaurant ever. We’ve been coming to Heacham for 14 years and only just discovered this Jem. We decided to eat in rather than a takeaway and were blown away by the food. Staff also excellent and helpful, will definitely be back.

I love to cook and my standards are high. Silk Road's food is impressive! We had Set menu C, all very tasty and well cooked. Service is attentive and polite. The restaurant is too bright, needs a more cosy set up. Thoroughly recommended.

One of the best Chinese takeaways I’ve had in a long long time. Food is well cooked, and prepared with care, food tender and not tough, sauces tasty and not chemically. Service was nice in the foyer, and the free mints are a nice touch. Not so sure on the gift shop, but to each their own. Will definitely be going there again next time we’re in the area - better tasting than the Chinese in Hunstanton as well!

5 star all round for this amazing restaurant. From start to finish this was an amazing customer experience. The spinning centre tray was a huge hit with the whole family. The food was exquisite, especially the duck and the chicken balls. We also had chow mein and chips. The egg fried rice was different to what we are used to, being a finer dish, yet this did not distract it from the taste The staff were attentive and awesome. Whilst it was quiet inside when we went, there was still a few people in and more outside . There is a car park which can be missed, but it is accessible if you look out for the BP petrol garage 😉 Price wise, was fair. There were four of us, so the bill came to a bit but there is also a kind of gift shop near the entrance. So many good words to say... We recommend it 100%
